Executive Landscaping has taken care of commercial properties in Connecticut and New York since 1983. We create exceptional landscapes and elevated experiences for corporate campuses, hospitals and medical offices, schools, municipal grounds, industrial sites, retail centers, and apartment communities. These are properties where appearance, reliability, and safety matter every day.

Our commercial services cover the whole property: landscape management and grounds maintenance, snow and ice management, irrigation, landscape design and installation, green roofs and plant health, and masonry repair. Every program is written up for the specific property, scheduled on a maintenance calendar, and checked with regular quality audits. The goal is a site that gets better each year, not one that just gets mowed.

Safety is part of the work. Crews start each day with a huddle and train weekly. Every team member follows a documented training path that includes OSHA outreach training and HAZWOPER readiness. We walk the property with you, note the conditions, and write a scope based on how the site is actually used: where people walk, where trucks move, and what gets cleared first in a storm. Then the program runs on a seasonal calendar, with irrigation start-up in spring, turf and plant care through summer, cleanups and winter prep in fall, and snow response when it snows. You get clear reports, so you always know what was done and what comes next.
