Lawn MaintenanceCommercial Mowing Foreman:
We are seeking an experienced grounds maintenance foreman to run a mowing crew consisting of 2-5 laborers. Must have a great attitude, Reliable transportation to work, and the ability to learn new tasks. Must have experience with Z-turn mowers, stick edgers and backpack blowers. CT drivers license required.Mowing Crew Member:
Duties include but are not limited to Weed-eating, mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and mulching . Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis. Must have experience with Z-turn mowers, stick edgers and backpack blowers. Reliable transportation a must.
Landscape ConstructionConstruction Project Manager:
The Landscape Const. Project Manager is responsible for managing up to 5 crews within the construction dept. Coordinate labor, equipment and materials to ensure maximum us and completion of work within the budget and industry standards.
The Landscape Const. Project Manager must have a class A, B or C CDL or have the ability to obtain one. A minimum of 3 years experience is required.Landscape Construction Crew Member:
Experience installing various hardscapes and plantings with knowledge of plants, planting procedures. Knowledge of trade equipment and proper safety rules. Bilingual English and Spanish helpful. Minimum of 3 years experience needed.Hardscape / Masonry Construction:
We are looking for the right individual who is skilled and experienced in construction of walkways, patios, walls, steps, paths, driveways and cobblestone work.
The right opportunity is available for individuals with a creative sense who have a horticulture background. Knowledge of plants, especially annuals and perennials is a must. Certified Landscape Professional or Certified Horticulturist preferred.
Plant Health CarePesticide Applicators and Spray Technicians:
We are looking for plant health care technicians. This position requires a working knowledge of trees and shrub identification skills. CT or NY pesticide applicators license required. Must be able to work independently as well as assist other crews if needed. Good communications skills and safety conscious.Certified Arborist:
We are looking for a certified and licensed arborist to join our team. A degree in Arboriculture. forestry, horticulture, plant science, plant pathology, floriculture, environmental sciences, biological sciences or equivalent preferred. Must have hands on experience and knowledge of trees, ornamental’s and turf helpful.
Production ManagementProduction Manager:
We are seeking an experienced production manager to join our team. The production manager is to communicate with and direct the activities of 3-5 crews to ensure quality standards are met. The production manager is also responsible for establishing working relationships with existing customers and also look for new business growth.
Account ManagementAccount manager:
The account manager supervises the production management team as well as over sees scheduling and customer relationships and expectations. This account manager is responsible for large account portfolios as well as contracts and renewals. The account manager is responsible for all financial goals to be met or exceeded. 5-7 years of experience as an account manager or departmental supervisor in the landscaping industry. CLP, and supervisory pesticide a plus.
*** A valid Connecticut drivers license is a requirement for all driving positions.
